若要刪除本工具保存的你的資料（使用者 ID、帳號名稱、留言內容與發送紀錄），請擇一：

1. 直接私訊本帳號，註明「刪除我的資料」；或
2. 寄信到 hi@frankchi.com，附上你的 Instagram 帳號名稱或 Facebook 名稱。

我們會在 30 天內刪除所有相關紀錄並回覆你。即使你沒有提出要求，所有紀錄也會在 90 天後自動刪除。

若你想撤銷 Meta 帳號對本應用程式的授權，可到 Facebook「設定 → 應用程式和網站」或 Instagram「設定 → 網站權限 → 應用程式和網站」移除。

To delete the data this tool keeps about you (user ID, username, comment text and delivery records), either:

1. Send a direct message to this account saying "delete my data"; or
2. Email hi@frankchi.com with your Instagram username or Facebook name.

We will delete all related records within 30 days and confirm. Records are deleted automatically after 90 days in any case.
